24 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary.

 

For any cancellation LESS than 24 hours, the client will be charged FULL PRICE of the missed service(s) - no exceptions including missed appointments. If you are running more than 10-15 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you and adjust the service accordingly. 16 minutes late is considered a missed appointment!
